Troubleshooting: it can be used normally if it can operate without other abnormalities after force application.

2. Inflexible operation during use. The sealing strip is damaged, causing foreign matters to enter the raceway (such as poor service conditions, dust immersion in the raceway, etc.); Check the engagement of large and small gears for foreign matters or broken teeth.

3. The operation is not flexible after installation, which may be due to the poor coordination between the main engine installation surface and the slewing bearing installation surface, resulting in the axial clearance of the slewing bearing after installation unable to compensate for the deformation of the slewing bearing, the slewing bearing is in the state of negative clearance, and the rolling element is difficult to operate in the raceway (sometimes accompanied by abnormal noise); Or poor meshing of large and small gears; Or foreign matters are stuck in the large and small gears. Troubleshooting: reprocess the host installation plane to make the installation plane meet the requirements; Re adjust the meshing backlash of large and small gears as required, especially pay attention to the gear runout position; Check to ensure that there is no foreign matter at the meshing position of large and small gears; Replace the slewing bearing with slightly larger clearance.
